Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing to lead and manage marketing operations for their client's esteemed organization. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring excellence in marketing execution within the medical device or healthcare industries. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong operational leadership in a complex marketing organization.
  • Manage multiple functions simultaneously without losing execution detail.
  • Maintain a high level of organizational discipline and project management capability.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills with executive presence.
  • Utilize data-driven decision making and commercial acumen.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on involvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience within medical device or healthcare industries.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing multi-functional marketing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in interventional cardiology, peripheral vascular, or related specialties strongly preferred.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 1st shift.

Benefits

Annual Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 annually depending on experience
